Only by working closely as a team with our clents are we able
to fully understand and deliver the best possible results.
Therefore right from the start we need to fully understand
what your requirements are and how they can be fully achieved.
Initial
requirements
After
discussing your requirements with you via phone or email we
will then put together an estimate for you. If you could forward
any available information it will help use gain a better insight
into your project.
Consultation
If you are happy with our estimate we will then
normally meet to discuss your requirements in more detail.
If relevant we will show you any similar work we have produced
in 3D modeling, web design or multimedia presentations. This
will also allow us to give you a more definative price. For
web site design and multimedia presentations we would discuss
number of pages and any scripting which may be required. We
will also discuss the final media output of your project.
Draft
development
For 3D projects we will produce a draft animation
or stills so that you can see how it looks right from the
start of the project. For web sites and multimedia presentations
a sample page will be produced showing the general graphics
and layout of a standard page. Also a site tree of the pages
would be created.
Development
A 3D model, animation, web site or multimedia
presentation will go through a number of draft stages until
it is completed. We will either meet to discuss the projects
development, email you any changes for acceptance or upload
the progression of the project into your own personal account
section on our web site.
Completion
When the project is completed we output 3D models
as either a file for printing, print the file for you or render
the animation to CD, DVD or for your web site. Web sites can
either be hosted on our own servers or on your own. Multimedia
presentation can either be put onto CD-ROM, DVD or the internet.
Payment
Typically
payments are broken down into three equal payments. The first
would be when the project is commissioned after the consultation.
The second payment is due after the draft stage and the final
third payment is due on completion.
